The warmth of the sun as it hits the ocean creating a myriad of reflecting colors. Another piece in the 'Balloon Bowl Series'...created with low fire white slip and paper. Acrylic paints are applied after the kiln firing creating a watercolor like effect mimicking the ocean waves...the interior is applied with metallic acrylics creating a dazzling contrast.
